Consider this both an introduction to my writing style and a glimpse into another fantasy world I hope to bring fully to life one day. Let me know if you like it <3
Currently taking a deep dive in your posts and I wonder why I didn’t do it earlier. You have such an atmospheric tone to your writing that I absolutely adore. As a writer myself (currently drafting my fourth project), I’m cursed with with the urge to analyze every piece of writing I read. But now and then I come across pieces that are just so amazing and intriguing that there’s no space in my mind but to just be in awe! So excited to read your elemental court fantasy!
Thank you so, so much – this is so lovely of you! Really hoping I can pull the same thing off with the court fantasy, it'll be my first time in forever writing in past tense and I've come to realise how much I rely on present as a crutch. On the off-chance you're after some writing recommendations and haven't read him already, both Frances Hardigne and Richard Powers' work has had a huge influence on me technically, I am obsessed with the way they write, so I highly recommend picking up their books if you get the chance!
🙊 this is so cool! Her lil dragon eyes popping out 🥰 I wonder if she'll fully shift 🤔 I like the way you write, it's like I'm stood right next to her.
This is so good! I'm very intrigued to see where this story goes and I cannot wait to read more of it! <3
